Due Diligence

Protection of your non-public confidential member data is a priority for us and a responsibility we take very seriously. We ensure that all of our systems and networks are secure and access is provided only to those with a business need. In addition, physical access to all of our office and production areas is carefully controlled and monitored with a key card system. We regularly monitor all of our servers and web sites for unauthorized intrusions through formal intrusion testing processes. Finally, we undergo rigorous SAS 70-Type II audit testing every 24 months. Copies of the full audit report are available upon request, at no charge. In addition to our SAS 70 audit report, we can also provide the following due diligence materials, upon request:
