Once your check images are stored in our database, your staff can have unlimited access to these images. The credit union determines which staff members are authorized to retrieve images. You may select the staff User Names and Passwords, or we can assign random passwords. The only hardware and software required to view images are an internet enabled PC and Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption. Authorized staff will have access to all items under the credit union's Routing/Transit Number(s). Once again, there is never an additional charge for your staff to view your credit unions imaged check items. Staff can view images from the day they are created, until the DVDs are removed from our DVD Jukebox.
