We currently backup all of our data and image files to DLT tape on a daily basis. These tapes are stored in an off-site facility owned by PCS in Irmo, SC. We are currently studying the possibility of transmitting these backups directly to CSI on a daily basis, via point-to-point T-1 communication lines. In the event of a disaster that requires us to move our processing to CSI's facilities, our first priority will be to get your daily transmissions and settlements completed. After that, we would systematically begin capturing check images and recreating the image database.
