Once we have created a digital image of your check items, they will be available for retrieval by your staff and/or your members, until they are moved to the offline storage system. At the time, you may make a written (ie: fax or e-mail) request for image copies. There is never an additional charge for images retrieval, regardless of the method used. We can provide an interface to our check image system for the credit union's home banking and e-statement solutions. There is no additional charge for these interfaces.
