We will store all of your check images in our RAID Storage devices for a period of at least 9 months. After that time, they will be moved to DVDs and stored in a DVD Jukebox for a period of at least 3 years. After this time period, the DVDs will be moved to an offline storage system, where they will be retained for 7 years from the date the item was captured. We are currently studying the feasibility of increasing the availability of all items on RAID.
