The credit union will almost certainly want to have its On-Us checks imaged and stored in our database for later retrieval. Any On-Us items cleared at your facilities may be sent to us for imaging. These items will need to be encoded prior to imaging. If they are not encoded prior to receipt, we will encode them at a cost of $0.02 per item. There is no additional charge for us to create images and store these On-Us items. The credit union may employ an overnight delivery company to deliver its On-Us items to us.
