At least 1 week prior to each statement cycle, the credit union must provide us with detailed written processing instructions, preferably on a form approved by Palmetto Cooperative Services, Inc. These instructions should list all insertion materials and any special instructions for that month's statements. These instructions may be faxed or e-mailed to us.
