Palmetto Cooperative Services, LLC has been printing and mailing credit union member statements since our inception in 1969. Today, we have multiple formatting options available, as well as selective messaging, selective inserting and envelope messaging capabilities.
A series of complex bar coding and output scanning solutions ensure the proper collation of all pages and a proper accounting for all statements, throughout the production process. We undergo rigorous SAS 70 audit testing and maintain dual processing centers in Irmo, SC and Greenville, SC.
Our e-Statement solution integrates seamlessly with the paper processing, giving your credit union a single point of contact for both services. Enrolled members will receive an e-mail alert notifying them whenever a new statement is available for them to retrieve.
